We’re thrilled to announce that Veteran registration for room accommodations and RV campsites with hydro and water is now officially closed—we’ve reached maximum capacity! This incredible response fills our hearts with gratitude. We’re so excited to welcome so many Veterans to this year’s event and can’t wait to hit the trails together! 👉 Tent sites and non-serviced camping spots are still available! Veterans who wish to join us and camp—please continue to register. We would absolutely love to have you with us!

Each unique registrant (driver, volunteer, Vet) receives a T-Shirt with their registration; provide your size on the registration form to secure it.  You and your participants/passengers that you include with your registration can also purchase from the list below. All net proceeds support our organization.

Meals are included from Friday evening's social until Sunday's lunch, with varying rates for the younger participants.

Registration Fees  
Veteran: $40 | Driver/vehicle: $195 | Adult Passenger/Volunteer: $105 | Ages 7-15: $45 | under 7: free.

T-shirts each: $35 (S-XL) | $40 (2XL-4XL)
Long-sleeved T-shirts each: $40 (S-XL) | $45 (2XL-4XL)
Hoodies each: $55 (S-XL) | $60 (2XL-4XL)
Ball Caps each: $25

You will also be given the opportunity to add $40 to sponsor a Veteran's attendance and/or add a donation.  An invoice with the itemized list of purchases will be generated and sent by email to the registrant. All merchandise purchased will be distributed at the registration table.

Payment is due by e-Transfer to Payments@4Wheelers4Vets.ca within 72 hours to ensure your spot(s) at this year's Veterans' Run Trail Ride.

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $50 applies and registrations are not transferrable.
