Each Registrant receives a T-Shirt, add your size to the registration form.  Second vehicle registration includes a second T-Shirt for the second participant.
Add additional Participants and you may purchase an event T-Shirt and/or Hoodie for yourself and your participants. Just fill in the size on the participant page of the registration.
Meals are included for all with varying rates for the younger participants.
Registration Fees  ( all prices are approximate and to be determined)
Veteran $40 (includes T-Shirt), Camper $105 for adult, $45 ages 7-15, under 7 free, Wheeler $195 (included T-Shirt and trail fee)

Optional 4W4V merchandise (order at cost for your additional participants)
Regular sized T's $35, oversized $40 (note included in Registrant's fee)
Regular sized Hoodies $55, oversized $60
Annual Membership Sticker $5
Ceramic Mug $25; Thermos Mug $50; Air Freshener $10

The registration form will guide you through adding your vehicle information needed for trail registration, the information about yourself and participants and the sizes for the Registrant and each Participants.

You will also be given the opportunity to add $40 to sponsor a veteran's attendance and/or add a donation.  An invoice will be generated and sent by email to the Registrant. Payment is due by eTransfer to Payments@4Wheelers4Vets.ca within 72 hours to ensure your spot(s) on this year's Veteran Trail Ride.

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $50 applies and registrations are not transferrable.

Typical Costs

​Registrant with a vehicle  $195  or $250 if also providing a hoodie size
Registrant with a vehicle and adult passenger  $195 + $105 + $35 (passenger's T-shirt size was provided)
Veteran  $40 (includes same meals as everyone else, a T-Shirt and shared accommodation)
Volunteer  $105 (includes distinctive T-Shirt and shared accommodation)
Big Spender - Registrant with two vehicles, spouse and two late teens $870 Includes 2 trail registrations, two ravenous teen, 2 T's (one included with each vehicle registration),  and four thermos mugs.

Note, the invoice will be detailed with actual cost by item and eTransfer instructions.

All merchandise will be distributed at arrival reception desk.
